Client Issue: In the heart of the renowned Wharf development going up at the Capital’s waterfront, a four story luxury condominium featuring slightly curved interior corridors and 109 residential units was set to go up in the area of Parcel 11B.
FrameCo’s Solution: Working with the awarded GC Balfour Beatty, our team supplied over 100,000 square feet of load bearing wall panels inside and out of the structure, designed by acclaimed group SK&I. Working quickly to achieve the goal of being the first residence open in Phase 1 of the development, FrameCo proved yet again the power of prefabrication mixed with innovative design!
