BWI Connector Roof Curved Track
Location: Baltimore, MD
Client Issue: BWI, an international airport where over 60,000 travelers pass through each day, was in need of an exterior remodel of the connecting concourse facing an operational tarmac. This was a job requiring zero mistakes on the material and a strict standard of excellence for the highly secured area with limited space and access.
FrameCo’s Solution: We supplied a layer of light gauge framing between the structural steel and the roofing material as well as curved closure track, bridging material, and roofing attachment. Using the state-of-the-art design system BIM 3D modeling, we delivered the precisely cut, bent and labeled material on a just-in-time basis due to the high-level security of the area.
Total linear feet of material: 31,320
