PSU South Halls Panelized Walls
Location: State College, PA
Client Issue: Penn State College was updating their existing student residences, built in 1957, in the heart of the football season. The simple brick apartments needed a twenty-first century touch without rebuilding the complex; and a construction company that would minimize interference on campus was needed due to the busy area.
FrameCo’s Solution: Taking the look of the residences from 1957 to 2013 in one renovation, our team provided panelized wall sections and roof truss assemblies that allowed for quick enclosure of the exterior renovation areas. Delivering as scheduling allowed, FrameCo split up the drab fifties’ look with modern sections of panels and trusses, transforming the whole appearance of the building.
