Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Enter, maintain and updates executive’s schedule
• Keeps appointments, calls, and other items organized to avoid scheduling conflicts and assists with time management
• Very high level of spoken and written communication skills; position requires dealing with clients and public figures
• Types and reviews correspondence for accuracy and proficiency
• Assists executives with community presence and personal matters as requested
• Answers telephone quickly and efficiently; receives and transmits telephone messages, emails, texts, etc. accurately and promptly
• Marketing and non-profit experience helpful
• Manages all travel arrangements and maintains all expense tracking and reporting
• Assists with the preparation of annual, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Assists with additional projects as needed
• Ensure outgoing documents are detailed and complete with signatures as needed
• Handles all matters confidentially and professionally
• Maintains files and folders, both paper and computer
• Schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences and take meeting minutes, as needed
• Create and edit presentations
• Must be very detail-oriented and organized, with emphasis on accuracy, thoroughness, and completeness of task
• Tracks and process renewals for corporate and trade organizations and property
• Ensure the company’s image is represented in all facets from and interior and exterior perspective

• College degree is preferred
• Experience as an executive assistant or similar support role
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment with many interruptions
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, loud, and energetic environment
• Ability to maintain discretion at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Perform work responsibilities with emotional intelligence
• Experience with planning and executing meetings with professionalism
• Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities
• Expert with MS Office Programs
